Billing and work balance
Manage hosting, work allowances, top-ups, and billing details.
Billing is managed per workspace. Select the correct workspace before you review a balance or change a plan.
Open Billing
From the sites area, choose Billing. Check the workspace name, current plan, hosting capacity, and available work balance.
Use Manage subscription when it is shown to open the billing portal for your subscription, payment method, and available invoices. Only people with the right billing access can make those changes.
Hosting and work are separate
Hosting capacity lets sites run on a paid hosting plan. Publishing requires an available hosting slot. Publishing itself does not use the work balance, but repair work can.
The work balance pays for OffPress conversations, edits, and automated tasks. Replies and attempted work can use the balance even if you do not keep the result. A higher effort level or a larger request can use more.
Add more work balance
Under Top up credits in Billing, choose the amount and review its price before completing checkout. Plan credits last for the current billing month plus two more. Purchased top-up credits do not expire, and expiring credits are used first. Use the current pricing page and Billing screen for plan details.
If the balance runs out, new work pauses and saved progress remains. Return to the request after adding balance. An active hosting plan is separate from the balance used for new work.
Review usage and limits
Use the usage details in Billing and the site’s Settings → Billing section to review work. Set workspace and site limits before a larger job. See Set work limits.
If a collaborator cannot start work, check both the available balance and their permission to spend it. If publishing is blocked, check hosting capacity and publishing permission.
