Edit your site
Ask for a change, inspect the preview, and follow up in the same session.
Use Site Design for design, layout, navigation, and features. Use Content Admin when you want to change a page or post directly.
Make a change
- Open your site and choose Site Design.
- Open or start a session for the work.
- Type your request in the message box and send it.
- Wait for the work to finish, then inspect the preview.
- If it needs adjusting, reply in the same session.
Be clear about the result
Name the page, describe the change, and mention anything that should stay the same.
On the homepage, shorten the introduction to two sentences. Keep the workshop button and its link to /workshops.
For a visual change, attach a screenshot with the paperclip and describe the part you want changed. For a question, ask it directly. If you only want a plan, say “Explain the steps first. Wait for me before making changes.”
Check the preview
Follow the links affected by your change. Use the phone preview for menus, columns, and buttons. Refresh the preview if it still shows the previous version.
Check the actual result as well as the reply. A change can need another pass even when the work has finished.
Put the change live
Site code and design changes go through Publish. See Publish your site.
Content saved in Content Admin can affect a published site directly. Read Edit pages and posts before changing live content.
