Manage orders and tickets

Open Content/Store → Store → Orders. Orders are created by checkout; they are not content records to create by hand. Access requires the appropriate store permissions.

Review an order

Find the order by its reference or customer details. Check the payment state, purchased items, amount, and shipping details before fulfillment. Keep test and live purchases separate.

For an account’s purchase history, use Store → Customers. Guest purchases can remain unlinked to an account.

Handle a physical order

Use the site’s store management page at /store/manage for fulfillment and tracking controls. Use the published address for live operations and the preview address for preview operations. Sign in with the site staff account if prompted; a manager can find the separate Content Admin login in OffPress Settings.

Confirm payment, review the shipping address, record shipment and tracking, and check the resulting fulfillment state.

Downloads and tickets

Paid downloads are configured on the product. If access fails, check the linked private file and its download period before asking the buyer to purchase again.

Tickets are issued for paid ticket orders. When issued tickets exist and you have access, the Orders screen shows Tickets, View issued tickets, and a Ticket code check-in control. A ticket order also offers View tickets for this order. There is no standalone Tickets section in the main menu.

Enter a ticket code and select Check in. Confirm the success message; if the system cannot confirm check-in, review the error before retrying. A store that has not issued tickets will not show the ticket tools.

Refund a payment

Refund payments in your Stripe dashboard, then check the OffPress order after the payment update arrives. A note or a changed fulfillment state is not a payment refund.

For a missing or pending order, verify the payment environment and webhook setup before requesting another payment.
