Products, variants, and delivery
Configure product options, private downloads, and event tickets from the product editor.
Open Content/Store → Store → Products in Content Admin. Open a product or create one. Review its publication status before saving.
Product details and prices
Use Product details for the title, descriptions, and gallery. The first gallery image is the cover; drag images to reorder them.
Use Price & stock for price, currency, and inventory. Changing a currency does not convert the entered price. Review Organization for the product’s URL and other available organizational fields.
Variants belong to a product
Open the product’s Options & delivery tab. Enable variants when needed, choose its variant types, and add or edit the available variants there. Set the price, inventory, and SKU for each option as applicable.
Variants are linked to their parent product. You do not need a separate Variants item in the main Store menu. Test every selectable combination on the public product page.

Paid files use private download storage through product setup. Do not upload a paid file to public Media. Review the download-validity period in Store settings. Existing download records remain linked to products even though they no longer have a standalone navigation entry.
Event products define what is sold. Issued tickets belong to purchases and are managed from Orders.
Shipping and currencies
In Store settings, review shipping countries and charges. The flat shipping amount uses minor units: for a dollar currency, 500 means 5.00. If you enable display currencies, review their exchange rates.
Additional currencies are checkout currencies only when enabled in CMS Workspace → Payments; otherwise they are display estimates.
Test before selling
Check the product page, options, price, availability, cart, and test checkout. Verify file access for a download and ticket issuance for an event. See Connect payments and Manage orders.
