How credits work
Credits cover OffPress conversations, migrations, edits and tasks, including attempted work. Charges reflect measured usage, so there is no fixed credit price for an edit or redesign. Hosting is included separately in your plan.
Plan credits last for the current billing month plus 2 additional months. Top-up credits do not expire. Expiring credits are used first.
Work already in progress is charged as it completes. If it exhausts your balance, new work pauses until you top up, renew, or upgrade.

Do I need a credit card to try OffPress?
No. You can try OffPress using your signup credits without a card. The amount of work they cover varies. Enter payment details when you choose a paid plan or buy credits.
What do credits actually pay for?
Credits cover measured usage for conversations, migrations, edits and tasks, including attempted work. A short change and a full redesign can use different amounts. Your monthly plan includes hosting separately.
Can I control how much work uses my credits?
Yes. Work settings let you choose whether long requests pause or continue and set a credit checkpoint. A step already in progress can exceed the checkpoint; it is not a guaranteed hard spending cap. You can stop work and change these settings.
Does hosting cost credits?
No. Hosting is included in your monthly plan. Credits are spent on OffPress conversations and work, including edits, migrations and tasks.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Your hosted site stays online while its hosting plan remains active. New work pauses when your available balance is exhausted. Work already in progress is charged as it completes. You can buy credits, renew or upgrade; optional auto top-up can be enabled in Billing.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your sites stay live through the period you've paid for.
